This Privacy Policy explains how newcase, Inc. (“Newcase,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects personal data when you use our websites, applications, and services that link to this policy (collectively, the “Services”).

This Privacy Policy does not apply to files, documents, or other uploaded content that we process on behalf of business customers as part of providing the Services (“User-Uploaded Content”). That processing is governed by our agreements with those customers.

6) Data Security and Retention

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect Personal Data, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7) Children

Our Service is not directed to anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from anyone under the age of 18. If you have reason to believe that a person under the age of 18 has provided Personal Information to us the Service, please email us at info@newcase.ai. We will investigate and delete such Personal Information from our systems where appropriate. If you are under 18 years of age, you are not permitted to use the Service.

8) State Law Privacy Rights

Where applicable under U.S. state privacy laws, we will comply with required obligations and processes.

  • California “Shine the Light”: California residents may request certain information about disclosures for direct marketing once per year.

  • Nevada: Nevada residents may opt out of the sale of Personal Data.
